Yes. You can create your design, save it and revisit at anytime. Your project can not be transferred or edited on another computer.
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your order. But if your album is not exactly as you ordered we will be happy to offer you a replacement.
No, we will check the quality of your images but not your design.
Yes, we do check all your images for colour and quality. If there are any concerns we will contact you.
No, you need to order the main album before you can order either the parent books or the pocket books.

Once you have selected the ‘download’ option, software download should begin automatically. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully complete the installation. If you are having difficulties installing the software to your computer, please check that your computer’s software meets the minimum requirements for installation of the software. If you are still having trouble, contact us and we can advise you.
Your photographs are completely secure and you retain all rights to them.
All orders are dispatched via courier and will require someone to sign for the parcel on delivery.
